I haven't had a chance to try this yet but it looks nice and fits my dog.I bought with spring desert camping in mind. This year due to weather conditions I was unable to go.Plan ahead if ordering this product, it comes directly from China and took a long time (about a month, I think).The seller does indicate a shipping timeframe which was accurate.This cooling vest is for my 105 lb. female German Shepherd. She seems to like it. It fits her pretty good, bu t possible another strip closer to the back end. Otherwise, she seems happy with it. It is great because being in West Coast of Fl. we have had 90 degrees for over a month. She likes to be outside, but she is inside most of the time. We sit together every morning unless it is raining and play ball. We rescued her 5 years ago and she is a wonderful, beautiful, faithful,loving dog.Working from home means walking dogs more and longer during day time. Black dogs don't handle the sun well. I was suspicious about this thing. But it worked very well! During our walk, my dog did pant less hard and ran more. I kept putting my hand under the vest to feel the temp. it felt cool the entire way, over an hour. Amazing!!!Return this item as the fabric is very poor quality and does not stay cold at all.This doesn’t work. It took ages to arrive and when it did, it just didn’t get cool. I have a working assistance dog who sometimes has to work when it is warm. I’ll not take her out when it is red hot as not fair on her. Anyway, I bought it in pink and I like to match. I don’t do the traditional working dog vest and lead and like to change it up a bit. I’ve a pink collar and lead, while she is wearing her official vest. I wanted a pink cooling vest for under that. It just didn’t get cold. At all. I’ve bought a vest in past from a well-known UK pet shop and there’s was great and really got cool, quickly. This doesn’t do anything. I recently spotted a pink cooling vest in another well-know store. Not a pet shop, but a discount store and I found a pink vest for £4. Tried it at home and again, it got very cool, quickly. No idea why this one does nothing, but please spent your money elsewhere. You’ll wait weeks for it to come only to find it doesn’t work.Extremely disappointed with this product. I leave the house with the vest dripping wet with cold water (barely ringed) and less then 30 mins in the sun it is already half dry and turns into a coat that defeats the whole purpose. Additionally, as the vest is a netted material, it traps all the dirt if your dog likes to run into bushes and roll around! The neck hole is also quite tight for dogs that may have big necks e.g. french bulldog.My little dog loves the run of both front and back garden. However, when it is sunny, she will sit in the sun and get very hot and bothered, silly girl. So this is great, I just follow the instructions, pop it on her and she looks soo much cooler and more comfortable.Good product !!I had to buy this jacket twice because the sizing guide is incorrect and was way too big for my dog. It is also really thick. Even when you soak the jacket up with water, it dries up in less than 10 minutes on a hot summers day. Should of definitely gone for some cheaper alternatives.This is a nicely made product and fits well . Only thing I would say as a nagative but it is quite a big one ... Is it's bulky so when it's starting to dry it actually acts as a heat jacket instead of a cool jacket , so you have to really make sure it stays wet at all times
