They advertised being able to cut this down to your pet's size, and I was skeptical I could get this to work for my cats but the battery life on this is longer than most I've seen so I took a gamble. I can't believe how perfect it actually works for my cats! Literally turned this into a mini wrist band because of how much I had to cut off! Since you're also cutting off LED's from the equation this would also imply that the battery life extends depending on how small you cut it. It's advertised as 6-8 hours uncut, and after using these for a few months I can positively say they last 24+ hours if cut down to fit for a smaller animal ? I don't typically write reviews but this was amazing as most LED pet collars I've tried have horrible battery life, as my purpose is for all night use so my cats aren't stepped on and not for quick walks. It's not even advertised for cats so that's a huge plus that they in fact work for cats (so long as they're not too small).Despite these being super fragile and having needed to replace a couple of them already, I'll happily keep purchasing simply for the battery life perk of the collars. I may indeed pick another collar if my purpose was short enough for a 5 hour battery life collar, but in reality being able to turn the collar on at 6pm while it's getting dark, and my gf waking up to then being on at 7am, and me waking up to then being on at 3pm is absolutely amazing. They will then get charged and back on by 6-8pm.My Samoyed Club will be walking in a Christmas parade that is held in the evening. They require a participants to be lighted. I was so excited to see and order these! I wasn't expecting much for the price. I thought they would be like glow sticks, I couldn't have been more wrong. I did want to spend alot due to the fact that I don't do much night walking with him. He has a larger backyard.These are going to be great! The light is bright enough to show through my boy's thick coat and more importantly, he likes it. I have recommended to the other Club members to order these. I will try to post a pic after the parade.We have two dogs- the pink one must have a flaw as it has gone off on its own both times that the dog has worn it. It is charged and it goes back on when I turn it on, but magically turns off.We love these lighted collar rings. Great bonus, the blue one looks like blinking police lights, VERY noticeable! We bought a pair so we always have one fully charged.Product heading specifically indicates ‘2 pack’. Only 1 in the package (with no room for a second).Excellent safety addition to our evening walks.A must have purchase for walking the dog at night. With no sidewalks in the neighborhood this makes it easy for drivers to see the dog on the side of the road.It’s awesome , my dog is all black and I was using little light attachments on his collar as it’s difficult to see him at night.
